Classification：
Anchor bolts can be divided into fixed anchor bolts, movable anchor bolts, expansion anchor bolts and adhesive anchor bolts. According to different shapes, it is divided into: L-shaped embedded bolts, 9-shaped embedded bolts, U-shaped embedded bolts, welded embedded bolts, and bottom plate embedded bolts.Instructions:
1. Fixed anchor bolts, also called short anchor bolts, are used for pouring and fixing equipment together with the foundation without strong vibration and impact.2. Movable anchor bolts, also known as long anchor bolts, are detachable anchor bolts used to fix heavy machinery and equipment that vibrate and impact during work.
3. Expansion anchor bolts are often used to fix simple equipment or stationary auxiliary equipment. The installation of expansion anchor bolts should meet the following requirements: the distance from the center of the foundation to the edge of the foundation should not be less than 7 times the diameter of the expansion foundation anchor bolt; the foundation strength for installing the expansion anchor bolt should not be less than 10MPa; There should be no cracks, and attention should be paid to prevent the drill bit from colliding with the steel and buried pipe in the foundation; the diameter and depth of the drill hole should match the expansion anchor.
4. Self-adhesive anchor bolts are commonly used in recent years. The method and requirements are the same as those of expansion anchor bolts. But pay attention to blowing off the debris in the hole when bonding, and don't get damp.
